Year 3 were invited to visit the City Central Mosque in Hanley as part of their current unit of learning in RE - Islam - prayer and places of worship. 

The children had a fantastic morning learning about the 5 pillars of Islam, Islamic prayer routines and rituals and the special features of the mosque. As always, we had fantastic behaviour and the children enjoyed putting their learning into a real life context!
